You received a defective product

Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

Requests after this time may not be accepted

We do not provide installation services

Damage caused during or after installation is not covered

We recommend professional installation for complex accessories

If your return request is approved, we will offer:

Replacement of the product, or

Store credit (where applicable)

Replacement is subject to product availability.

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via:

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursedIf the issue is not our fault, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
